• Grant recipients agree to acknowledge Exa Protocol's support in their project communications and marketing materials
• Intellectual property rights remain with the project creators, but Exa Protocol reserves the right to showcase the project as part of our ecosystem
• Exa Protocol reserves the right to revoke grants for inactive projects or those that fail to meet agreed-upon milestones
• Grant recipients may be required to participate in Exa Protocol community events or contribute to our knowledge base

Fair Usage Policy

The Exa Protocol Accelerate Program is committed to fostering innovation while maintaining a safe and ethical ecosystem. We expect all grant recipients to adhere to this Fair Usage Policy to ensure the responsible use of our technology and resources.
